More than a quarter of women have considered leaving the workforce because of hormone-related symptoms, according to new research from Balance@Work.
The Hormone Health at Work report, based on a survey of more than 5,500 women, found that 28% had considered leaving employment altogether, while 24% had already left a role because of hormone health issues.
